Collective Energy
I met with Lubna Kerr today. Lubna has an idea to open a “Centre for Health and Wellbeing” which would be accessible to anyone with long term medical conditions and where they could find support to develp a strategy and plan to live a full life with those conditions. She is looking for both funding and specialists to work at the centre. She has a clear vision and her enthusiasm is obvious. Sometimes she was speaking so fast in an effort to give me as much information as possible that I was finding it hard to keep up!
She knew already that I would like the idea. The concept of supporting people to take responsibility for their own lives – whatever the circumstances – is at the heart of what a coach should believe.
We were exploring some of the ideas together and then she said that with the “collective energy” of those who had already captured the vision anything is possible.
Oh yes – the power of Collective Energy!
