Your CV is your own personal advert. It is the route to getting you an interview. Too often CVs list work and education without bringing out the strengths, talents,character and other important points that a potential employer needs to know.
With a review of your current CV and follow up telephone conversation you can ensure that you have not left out the great stuff!
And…when you do get invited to interview one- to -one coaching in preparation can give you the personal awareness and the confidence to go in there and tell the recruiter just why they should have you on their team.
As your knowledge of what the potential employer wants is usually limited to what is says in the job advert and the information pack there are no guarantees that you are the person they are looking for but at least you will be sure that you did not miss the opportunity to present yourself in the best light the recruitment process.
